PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a non-porous ultra-thin PTFE resin film. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the PTFE resin film comprises the step of manufacturing the PTFE film by heating a porous PTFE resin film until the film is changed into substantially non-porous state, wherein the porous PTFE resin film is a fibrillated PTFE resin film substantially having no node.
