PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial speaker including: a cone speaker; a tweeter fitted to a diaphragm opening of the cone speaker; and a joint member coupling the cone speaker with the tweeter and having an excellent acoustic characteristic. SOLUTION: The coaxial speaker includes: a first speaker provided with a cone diaphragm; a second speaker fitted to the opening of the diaphragm of the first speaker; and the joint member for coupling the first speaker with the second speaker, and the joint member includes a first coupling part coupled with a magnetic circuit of the first speaker; a second coupling part coupled with a magnetic circuit of the second speaker; a cylindrical part formed nearly cylindrical; and a truncated cone part whose dimension is specified by a first diameter, a second diameter, and an outer circumferential curved face for coupling the cylindrical part and the second coupling part and the first diameter for specifying the dimension of the truncated cone part is equal to an outer diameter of the cylindrical part.
