PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiaxial sensor, capable of easily attaching strain gauges with respect to a multiaxial sensor that can measure at least one of a mutiaxial force and a moment that are applied from the outside to a first member and a second member. SOLUTION: The multiaxial sensor 1 comprises a pair of the first member 2 facing the second member 3, and a ring structure 4 to 7 for connecting the first and the second members 2, 3, which measures the mutiaxial force and the moment applied between the first and the second members. As a result, strain gauges R11 to R48, attached to flat side faces of the ring structure 4 to 7, are provided. This enables reduction in the operation time of attaching the strain gauges R11 to R48 so that cost is reduced by improving manufacturability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
