PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary buckle which clasps temporarily the lifeline of a safety belt to allow a worker to walk lightly without the lifeline of the safety belt dangled and further to prevent the worker's portable tools from falling down. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the worker from stumbling and falling down or being caught in a machine caused by the dangled lifeline of the safety belt, when it is out of use, the hook rope doubles the lifeline at the center to clasp temporarily to the front waist of the worker's body, and is provided with a ring to have an additional function, allowing to fasten the end of a string to the safety belt, the string being fixed to prevent the worker's portable tools from falling down.
