<p>PURPOSE: To improve the distribution of the wind blowing into a room, and to uniformly heat the inside thereof, by a method wherein an outlet which is extensionally located at the end part of an indoor unit body and forms a blowoff passage is provided, and the direction of the wind flowing-out through the outlet is varied. CONSTITUTION: The wind generated by a fan is sent as a blowoff wind 10, being regulated by wind vertical-direction-varying blades 5 and wind horizontal- direction-varying blades 12 through an outlet 2 which is extensionally located at the end part of an indoor unit body 1 and forms a blowoff passage. Furthermore, a driving motor 8 is located above the end part of the wind vertical- direction-varying blades 5 through a crank mechanism 9, and when an electric current is applied to the driving motor 8, the direction of the wind is varied vertically. In this way, a wind-sending width in horizontal direction is enlarged and the distribution of the wind to be sent can be improved, in a room.</p> |
