HEAT SHIELDING DEVICE FOR CENTRAL SEALER AT BAG MAKING, FILLING AND PACKAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding device for a central sealer making a distance between a cylindrical main body and the central sealer as short as possible by arranging a heat shielding plate between the bottom part of the cylindrical main body of the cylindrical packaging material packaging a product without passing water therein and capable of preventing a temperature of the plate itself from being increased. SOLUTION: Heat shielding plates 2, 2 are arranged at each side of both face-to-face side edges 44, 44 and between the central sealer 36 and a side opposing the central sealer 36 of the cylindrical main body 45 for the packaging material so as to shield a heat transmittance from the central sealer 36 to the cylindrical main body 45. A cooling block 3 directly fixed to each of the heat shielding plates 2 in such a way that heat can be transmitted at the side position of the cylindrical main body 45 cools the heat shielding plates 2. A distance between the cylindrical main body 45 and the central sealer 36 can be made short as much as possible and then either a metering of the bag at the time of making a bag or a positive falling of back burr can be made clear and a shape holding characteristic of the bag can be improved.
