<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully extract required order acceptance contents from formats of different ordering documents. <P>SOLUTION: An ordering form e-mail text 3 transmitted from a customer 1 side through an e-mail institution 2 is received by an e-mail text I/F 41 provided to an application server 4, supplied to a data conversion part 42, order acceptance data is extracted, converted into a data form suitable for order acceptance processing and the converted order acceptance data is supplied to an order acceptance processing part 43. These pieces of data processing are performed according to a conversion table stored in a data base server 5. Then, the processed order acceptance data is written in an EAI server 6 for order acceptance management and distributed to an order acceptance part 72 of order entry 7. Furthermore, delivery data set in a delivery reply part 73 is written in the EAI server 6 and distributed to a delivery setting part 46. Then, the delivery data is supplied to the data conversion part 42, converted into a data form equivalent to that of the e-mail text, inserted into a specific part in the e-mail text 3, supplied to the e-mail text I/F 41 and transmitted to the customer 1 side through the e-mail institution 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
