PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a burner case, in combustion equipment for connecting the burner case 2 to a heat radiating case 3 supported in a covering case 1 in a suspending state. SOLUTION: A front clamp bar 6 can abut on an under surface of respective left-right side parts of an upper end flange 23 of the burner case 2, and is tiltably supported in the vertical direction by a support part 34 arranged in a rear part of respective left-right side parts of a lower end flange 33 of a heat radiating case 3. A bolt 7 is threadedly engaged with a front end side screw hole 61 of the clamp bar 6 via both flanges 33 and 23. The flange 23 of the burner case 2 is sandwiched between the clamp bar 6 and the flange 33 of the heat radiating case 3. A hook part 62 entering all the way onto an upper surface of a front end part of the flange 33 of the heat radiating case 3, is formed on the front end of the clamp bar 6, to prevent the burner case 2 from falling when removing the bolt 7.
