PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly exchange a filter sheet when a part of the filter sheet of a rolling filter is broken, without exchanging liquid. SOLUTION: Four hard filter pieces are attached to two adjacent faces of an octagonal cage-like filter frame 20 with bolts or the like to block openings 23 formed thereon. Only the object filter piece is exchanged in the state of setting the filter piece to be exchanged up and taking out from the liquid level of the liquid upwards, so that no loss of material, nor liquid exchange are caused to allow quick exchanging work. In prior art, a single cloth filter sheet is wound around a cylindrical filter frame, the whole exchange is needed, even with a partial breakage. Although exchange of the liquid is needed due to mixing of liquid of before and after filtration in exchange, the present invention eliminates such necessity, therefore can greatly shorten the time required for exchange.
