PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated coil which can easily adjust its inductance value with a high adjustment accuracy and can reduce its cost. SOLUTION: A ceramic laminate 21 comprises a via hole ceramic layer 11, connection conductor ceramic layers 13, 14 laminated on the upper and lower sides of the via hole ceramic layer, and covering ceramic layers 18, 19. The laminated coil having a coil disposed therein and via hole ceramic layers 11 one of which is thick in a green sheet before being sintered and the other of which is thin in a green sheet before being sintered, are provided in the interior of the ceramic laminate 21. A total length of via holes is roughly adjusted according to the thick green sheet, and the total length of via holes is finely adjusted in small steps according to the thin green sheet so that an inductance has a value close to a target value.
