METHOD FOR CORRECTING STATE OF MUSCLES OF GENITAL ORGANS IN WOMEN

A method for correcting the state of the muscles of genital organs in women consists in controlling the vaginal muscles in the exercises comprising the alternate contracting and relaxing until the achievement of the regular periodic alternation of these states. The training devices used with this aim represent three nephrite balls of various sizes. The passive and the active training are provided. The passive training consists in placing the balls in turn starting from the smaller one inside the vagina (from 20 minutes to 8 hours). Then the active training is performed with the ball, which is the least discomfortable being placed into vagina. The exercises of the increasing grade of complexity are performed, first with one ball and finally with two and three balls for consolidating the outcome achieved.
