DECORATIVE MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material manufacturing method capable of easily peeling a decorative sheet from a core material to separate the same and capable of closely bonding the decorative sheet to the surface of the core material when the decorative sheet is laminated while bent. SOLUTION: A resin layer 1 containing a foaming agent foamed by heating is formed to the surface of the core material 2 and the decorative sheet 3 is bonded to the surface of the core material 2 on the resin layer 1 by an adhesive 4. The foaming agent is expanded by heating the decorative sheet 3 to foam the resin layer 1 and the decorative sheet 3 can be peeled from the surface of the core material 2 easily. Further, as the adhesive 4 for bonding the decorative sheet 3 to the core material 2, an adhesive compounded with no foaming agent and having a high usual initial tack force is used and the decorative sheet 3 is closely bonded to the surface of the core material 2.
