PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip capable of easily finding an optimum condition for synthesizing a protein by considering a plurality of protein synthesis conditions with a single sheet of microchip. SOLUTION: The microchip is provided with fine grooves for making a liquid flow therethrough and part of the fine grooves is internally provided with hollow yarn membrane(s), wherein both the inner and outer sides of the hollow yarn membrane are provided with spaces fillable with the liquid.
