PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system, an access point, and a wireless communication terminal for imposing less load on both a user and a service provider. SOLUTION: A wireless LAN card 100 is wirelessly connected to the access point 200 to connect a personal computer PC to the Internet through the access point 200 and a management server 300, an EEPROM 104 of the wireless LAN card 100 stores remaining point data Pr, and a CPU 208 of the access point 200 carries out control of decreasing the remaining point data Pr in response to the provided service and continues the service until the remaining point data Pr reaches "0" in response to a request from a subscriber.
