<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently realizing application reception in a base system using an electronic form by enabling an end user to input an application form and to convert it into the electronic form. <P>SOLUTION: This application reception system is configured to generate a spread sheet type filled-in application form based on filled-in data in the fill-in column of a downloaded spread sheet type application form in a customer computer system, and to convert the spread sheet type filled-in application form into an electronic form type filled-in application form in a store computer system, and to register the application information in a database based on the electronic form type filled-in application form in the store computer system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
