<p>The invention in particular relates to a large scale storage system of viable somatic stem and/or progenitor cells for use in a method of treatment of a disease or a disorder of a patient, or having a predisposition thereof, comprising a large number of solid supports comprising cryopreserved/frozen viable somatic stem and/or progenitor cells from patients, and, preoperative information of the patients from which the cells have been taken. The present invention also relates to a product comprising a plurality of viable somatic stem and/or progenitor cells combined with preoperative information of the patient from which the somatic stem and/or progenitor cells have been taken.
