<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell and a fuel cell system capable of recovering water generated in the fuel cell while suppressing a system becoming huge size. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell comprises an oxidant electrode 3 and a fuel electrode 4 provided on both main surfaces of an electrolyte membrane 2, and reaction gas passages 8, 9 for circulating oxidant gas or fuel gas between the respective electrodes 3, 4, and has separators 6, 7 each having a laminating face larger than the electrodes 3, 4. A condensation heat exchange part 14 using the oxidant gas as a heat source after flowing in the reaction gas passage 8 is provided at a region (region other than a region A) other than a region overlapping with the electrodes 3, 4 on the laminating faces of the separators 6, 7. The condensation heat exchange part 14 is constructed so as to be able to exchange heat between a post-reaction oxidant gas passage 16 in which the oxidant gas after reaction flows and a first coolant passage 15a in which a coolant before cooling the reaction region flows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
