<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by securing a capacity of cleaning properties and sterilization properties with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The subject instrument for medical treatment is equipped with a shaft case 240 wherein a hollow section 242 is formed and bearing sections 244-246 are disposed in the hollow section 242, a cleaning port 243 which is disposed in the shaft case 240 and introduces a fluid from the outside of the shaft case 240 into the hollow section 242, and a cleaning duct 247 which is disposed in the hollow section 242 and introduces the cleaning water flowing in from the cleaning port 243 into the bearing sections 244-246. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
