PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power supply to an electromagnet under a condition that miniaturization and the reduction of cost are realized. SOLUTION: In a stage where a front blade driving lever 3 and a rear blade driving lever 4 are moved from a charge completion position (overcharge position) to an exposure actuation start position, the power supply to the electromagnet for a front blade 11 and the electromagnet for a rear blade 12 is reduced.
