<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information provision system, a recording apparatus and a computer program, having excellence in security and convenience when a personal information provider provides personal information for a service business enterprise requesting the personal information. <P>SOLUTION: A first sensor unit 10 or a second sensor unit 20 automatically senses an operation state inside an apparatus, such as an operation state of a home appliance, and a state related to a living body, such as a pulse count of a provider providing the personal information. The sensed state is automatically transmitted to a recording unit 50. In the recording unit 50, ranks consisting of a plurality of steps indicating degrees of secrecy of the personal information are recorded beforehand.
