<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent LSI from being destroyed even when static electricity which is beyond the withstanding voltage of sheets on a surface and a back surface is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A portable electronic equipment is provided with: an antenna pattern 4; an LSI for exchanging a signal through the antenna pattern 4 with external equipment; sheets 10 and 11 coating the antenna pattern 4 and the LSI; insulating packing materials 12 to be packed between the sheets 10 and 11 and the antenna pattern 4 and the LSI; and conductive layers 13 and 14 arranged so that a clearance between the antenna pattern 4 and the LSI and the sheets 10 and 11 can be partitioned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
