The support has a plate (A) comprising a hole (B) to receive a compact disk, and two sheets (C, D) destined to be affixed on each one of sides of the plate. One sheet has a precut that permits to create a flap in order to facilitate access to the hole. A paper film used for protecting a self-adhesive surface of the plate is removed from one of the two sides of the plate and the prepared sheet is stuck on the surface.
