The device has an electronic plate that processes signals, received from a microwave radar sensor, related to minimal movement of head, eyelids, fingers and chest of a human body, and sends them to a relay. The relay switches a wireless global system for mobile communication (GSM) transmitter that dials a telephone number and forwards information related to the movement via GSM network. A microphone allows to listen noises of voice.
