PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal vacuum double container which can prevent the occurrence of cracks on a glass made brazing filler or the like used for the vent sealing, even when any sharp fluctuation in temperature has been caused by electromagnetic induction heating, and is free of fear that the vacuum portion between the metal internal and external containers may be broken, because a brazing point for the vacuum exhaust is located so far from the set surface on which the metal vacuum double container is placed as to be exposed to the thermal effect therefrom. SOLUTION: This metal vacuum double container for electromagnetic induction heating is provided with a metal internal container 20 having a bottom plate 10, a metal external container 21, and an inside space 23 between them, The inside space 23 is evacuated via a vent 31 which is then sealed off with a brazing filler 32 to form a vacuum heat-insulating layer 24. The brazing point 35, given at a prescribed distance L1 (L2), is so far from the set surface on which the metal vacuum double container 1 is placed, that it is hardly affected by the magnetic field of an induction heating coil when the metal vacuum double container 1 is put on a heater 3 of an electromagnetic cooker or the like.
