PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a core member for antenna modules capable of improving the uniformity of an in-plane alignment in soft magnetic powder. SOLUTION: For example, in the manufacture of an annular flat core member in which an opening is formed at the center, a gate port 57 is arranged at one edge at the outer-periphery side of a cavity 56, and the opening width of the gate port 57 is formed so that an opening width Wb of a gate region 57b at both the edge sides becomes wider than that Wa of a gate region 57a at the center side, thus making flow velocity different in the injection flow of melt injected from the gate port 57, suppressing misalignment of soft magnetic powder by collision with a core inside the cavity, and improving uniformity in the in-plane alignment.
