The valve has a valve body (8) rotating around an axis located in a valve housing. A bearing component (22) lies in a threaded hole of a bearing cover. A steel threaded insert is provided in the axis. The body is fabricated from aluminum and one of the body surfaces or the component is ceramic coated. The body has hollow recesses as outlet channels on its coated surface. The body is rotatably mounted by a bearing bush at the housing.
