<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage cooling device for quickly cooling high temperature beverage down to a preset temperature and sealingly insulating the cold thereof without impairing flavors (fragrance, taste and mellowness). <P>SOLUTION: The beverage cooling device 1 comprises a receiving tank 2 for receiving the high temperature beverage, a heat radiating device 5 for previously cooling the beverage fed from the receiving tank 2 with forcible air cooling operation, a refrigerating device 12 for cooling the beverage previously cooled by the heat radiating device 5, and a storage tank 11 for storing the beverage cooled by the refrigerating device 12 while insulating the cold thereof. The beverage is cooled while passing through a spiral cooling coil 14 arranged in a cooling water tank 10 of the refrigerating device 12, and the storage tank is sealed. The receiving tank 3, the heat radiating device 5, the refrigerating device 12 and the storage tank 11 are connected together via TEFLON tubes 4, 19, 20, and the receiving tank 3, the heat radiating device 5, the spiral cooling coil 14, the storage tank 11 and the TEFLON tubes 4, 19, 20 are constructed detachable from a device body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
