PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing and editing device which creates a background full of variety in a short time to allow more individual photographing. SOLUTION: The photographing and editing device for photographing a subject within a photographic space to create a photographic image is provided with a dimming member which forms at least a part of a circumferential surface of the photographic space and has the visible color changed by power supply control and a power supply control means which executes power supply control to the dimming member.
