<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer alloy dispersed in a layer which can favorably suppress the permeation or the like of fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A container such as a fuel tank is obtained by feeding a raw material pellet including polyethylene (base material) and polyamide (dispersing material) having a higher melting temperature than the polyethylene to a feeding screw machine 10, kneading and heating the raw material pellet by the feeding screw machine 10, extrusion-molding a parison 50 from an outlet 11c through an extrusion head 20 and blow-molding the pallet by a molding die 40. In the kneading region M of the feeding screw machine 10, heating control for the raw material is performed in such a manner that the base material is molten while keeping the dispersing material in a solid or a semi-solid state.
