Powder (I) (which disintegrates rapidly in aqueous fluids and easily handled) comprises aroma or aroma extract (which is natural or identical to natural aroma), food fat and/or -oil and/or saturated and/or unsaturated fatty acid, conventional sweeteners (as sweeteners) such as saccharin and its derivative and/or aspartame. Powder (I) (which disintegrates rapidly in aqueous fluids and easily handled) comprises aroma or aroma extract (which is natural or identical to natural aroma), food fat and/or -oil and/or saturated and/or unsaturated fatty acid, conventional sweeteners (as sweeteners) such as saccharin and its derivative as sodium-, potassium-, calcium salts, cyclamate (like sodium- and calcium cyclamate) and/or aspartame, or the combination of the sweetener together according to German additive-permission regulation (ZZu-IV)4 in varying weight ratio. |
