<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a front image obtained by correcting a photographed image without lowering the convenience of a digital camera. <P>SOLUTION: The photographic image is acquired by photographing in a photographic mode and stored with a reduced image. When a reproduction mode is set and an instruction is received from a user in a step D2, the photographed image is read, the outline of the photographed image is detected in a step D3, a front image of high resolution is formed in a step D5, and the front image is displayed in a step D6.
