<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain commonalization of clock circuits in a communication device. <P>SOLUTION: First switching parts 12, 24 instruct a frequency to be generated for voltage controlled crystal oscillating circuits 5, 18. The crystal oscillating circuits 5, 18 generate reference clocks. Moreover, if the device generates a clock synchronizing to a clock of another communication device, first switching parts 12, 24 switch outputs of loop filters 7, 20 to input in voltage controlled crystal oscillator circuits 5, 18. Phase detectors 8, 21 detect phase differential information of clocks generated by the voltage controlled crystal oscillator circuits 5, 18 and a clock synchronizing to another clock of a communication device, and makes the clock follow to synchronize to the clock of another communication device following to the detected phase differential information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
