<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer map system for displaying the location of a customer easily and quickly. <P>SOLUTION: The customer map system is constituted of a main computer 11 provided with a postal code number database and a house map database for performing map retrieval, at least one sub-computer 12a-12n for inputting the postal code number and addresses representing the location of a plurality of customers, and a means 11a, 13 connected with the main computer 11 and outputting the map retrieval result. The main computer 11 comprises: a divided map data storage means S13 for storing divided map data wherein a prescribed map area is divided in matrix; a customer location marking means S13 which retrieves the latitude/longitude corresponding to the location of each customer, puts a mark identifying the customer on the latitude/longitude, and returns it to the divided map data; and a means for displaying the returned divided map data in a prescribed reduction scale and a display size.
