PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display element including a positive electrode consisting of a transparent conductive film excellent in a function for effectively implanting holes to a hole carrying layer, the optical transparency for uncovering the light emitted at an EL light emission layer, and the electrical conductivity for functioning as an electrode. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence display element including a transparent substrate, a transparent positive electrode, the hole carrying layer, the light emission layer and a negative electrode, wherein the transparent positive electrode is the transparent conductive film consisting of indium, zirconium, and oxygen substantially.
