<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and quickly find a stray child by introducing a small-scale apparatus without causing the violation of privacy. <P>SOLUTION: A parent and a child who have ID cards in a facility, register ID information of their ID cards into an ID card registration machine 13, and then registration information is registered into a facility management DB 19 by a facility management server 17. Assuming that the child is lost from his/her parents, if his/her parents who recognize that the child has been lost from them input ID of his/her ID card to a stray child finding terminal device 15, it is transmitted to the facility management server 17. Photograph information which is linked to the ID received from the facility management DB 19 and the IDs of the child in the same group is retrieved in the facility management server 17, and then the retrieved information is transmitted to the stray child finding terminal device 15 at a stray child keeping place 14. If the stray child is in the care of the stray child keeping place 14, a person in charge compares the transferred photograph information with the child in the care to confirm whether or not he/she is a persons in question. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
