A brake caliper (12) is integrally attached to a stationary-side raceway member (3) of a hub unit (1). The stationary-side raceway member (3) is extended radially outward and has a caliper attachment portion (10) at which a brake caliper (12) is attached. A sensor device (2) has a strain gauge (2a) as a brake torque-detecting device installed on the stationary-side raceway member (3). The strain gauge (2a) is provided on a base end portion (10a) of the caliper attachment portion (10) of the stationary-side raceway member (3).
