<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas supplier capable of inhibiting concentration rise of sulfur compounds in liquified gas of gaseous phase. <P>SOLUTION: A liquified gas supplier is structured with a container 3 for storing the liquified gas, a liquid take-out pipe 7 having an opening at an end part at a bottom part in the container 3 and connected to a heater 9 with the other end part and a gas duct line 11 in which the liquified gas of gaseous phase heated by the heater flows. The liquid take-out pipe 7 sucks up the liquified gas of liquid phase in the container 3 together with those which is left as residual part of which sulfur compounds concentration is higher than that of other part when using a conventional liquified gas supplier and evaporation is performed by the heater 9. Hence, even if the quantity of remained liquified gas in liquid phase decreases in the container 3, the concentration of sulfur compounds included in the liquified gas in liquid phase flowing into the heater 9 is inhibited to rise and thus the concentration of sulfur compounds included in the liquified gas in gaseous phase generated by being evaporated by the heater 9 is leveled regardless of the remaining quantity of the liquified gas in liquid phase in the container and rise of concentration of sulfur compounds in the liquified gas in gaseous phase can be inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
