PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device, adjusting the direction of a blade part of a cutter to a suitable direction to a cut line before cutting along the cut line, and to provide a cutting control device and a cutting control program for controlling the direction of the blade part of the cutter to a suitable direction to the cutting data before cutting data is transmitted to a general cutting device. SOLUTION: Prior to actually cutting along the cut line using a blank area of a sheet, the direction of the blade part of the cutter is changed to the direction so that the cut line can be accurately traced. Accordingly, in cutting along the actual cut line, the blade part of the cutter can accurately trace the cut line to restrain cutting deviated from the cut line and scoop-out of a sheet due to cutting.
