PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder provided with a convenient one-hand cutting and getting function by which holding paper for the next use is also secured by onc simple work with a single hand. SOLUTION: A cover has superposed structure of two upper and lower covers, and the upper cover holds the lower cover as a cover only for holding. A toilet paper is put through between the upper surface of the lower cover and the upper cover. When using, the paper is pulled out. When force is added downward in addition, the paper is cut off to secure a desired length of paper, and the holding paper for the next pulling out is simultaneously secured on the upper surface of the lower cover by one simple work with the single hand.
