<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide that can simply and quickly detect Lactobacillus fructivorans specifically in food and provide a method for detecting Lactobacillus fructivorans by using the oligonucleotide. <P>SOLUTION: The oligonucleotides for detecting Lactobacillus fructivorans that are shown by the following (a) and (b): (a) this is a part of a base sequence including a specific base sequence, namely an oligonucleotide having 17 to 36 continuous base sequence including the base sequence of from No.20 to No.36 bases of this base sequence or its complementary sequence or a base sequence that has more than 90% sequence identity to this base sequence; (b) this is a part of a base sequence including a specific base sequence, namely an oligonucleotide having 17 to 36 continuous base sequence including the base sequence of from No.36 to No.20 bases of this base sequence or its complementary sequence or a base sequence that has more than 90% sequence identity to this base sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
