<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an IC chip pack is used, a part to be attached will be limited itself from the size of the IC chip pack itself and the flexibility of a design regarding the shape, the structure, etc. of an attach member itself will be restricted by it. <P>SOLUTION: The attach member includes a conductive material as an antenna in a filament fixing an electronic device at any part and having integrally a coming-off stop part at both ends in the attach member, such as a display tag, etc. having a filament providing integrally the coming-off stop part. Suppose that the electronic device is an IC chip. Suppose that a positioning extension swelling part is integrally provided to a lateral bar side of the filament.
