In compounds of the formula (I) or (Ia) A means (C1-C4)-alkylene; S1 means optionally (C1-C4)-alkyl; S2 means (C1-C4)-alkyl or hydrogen atom (H) being if S1 and S2 mean alkyl then X in the group [-N+(S1S2)-X-] corresponds to pharmacologically acceptable anion or trifluoroacetate; B means saturated or unsaturated carbon 5- or 6-membered cycle; R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 have values given in the description.
