OPTICAL COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication apparatus which can keep high performance without being affected by environmental changes while suppressing power consumption as far as possible.

SOLUTION: The optical communication apparatus for transmitting signal light including information through an optical fiber is provided with: a light emitting means having at least three servo light sources which radiate servo light and are disposed not to line up on one and the same line; a light deflecting means for leading the signal light to a core, in which a relative position with the light emitting means is adjusted so that at least a part of respective servo light beams are made incident on the core of the optical fiber; a control means which carries out negative feedback control to the light deflecting means so that the incident position in incidence end plane of the signal light deflected by the light deflecting means is directed to the core center on the basis of the intensities of the respective servo light beams made incident on the core.
