<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give nursing care from both left and right outer sides and front outer side of a toilet bowl and to enable a person to be cared to receive the nursing care while safely maintaining a standing state. <P>SOLUTION: A sitting type toilet bowl 12 is provided with its front and back directions along a diagonal axis A of a quadrangle on a quadrilateral floor surface 11a inside a toilet room 11. On the left and right outer sides and front outer side of the toilet bowl 12, a caring person space S is formed continuously on the three outer sides, a body supporting bar 21 freely movable forwards and backwards between a standby position G on the outer side of the caring person space S and a body supporting position F at the front of the toilet bowl is provided, and the body supporting area 21a of the body supporting bar 21 stopped at the body supporting position F is extended along a direction horizontally crossing the front and back directions.
