PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker without an overflowed adhesive with excellent reliability in the adhesive strength by solving a problem of abnormal sound such as chatter and flutter caused by the overflowed adhesive in the case of applying the adhesive to a suspension holder. SOLUTION: The speaker comprises: a frame 5 coupled to a magnetic circuit including a magnetic gap 4; a diaphragm 7 to the center of which a voice coil 6 fitted to the magnetic gap 4 is coupled and the circumferential edge of which is coupled to the frame 5; the suspension holder 9 whose inner circumferential part is coupled to the rear side of the diaphragm 7 and whose circumferential edge is coupled to the frame 5; and an adhesive pool 9b arranged from an adhered part 9a provided to a part of the suspension holder 9 coupled to the diaphragm 7 toward the magnetic circuit. Thus, even when the adhesive overflows in the case of applying the adhesive to the adhered part 9a, the adhesive 9b remains in the adhesive pool 9b and is not dropped to the frame 5 in a thready state, and then the speaker with excellent reliability can stably be provided.
