PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can transmit or acquire a content saved over a network or saved in a terminal with arbitrary timing in the terminal during a session. SOLUTION: A content distribution system (10) manages the corresponding relation of telephone conversation to the first terminal and the second terminal by a telephone conversation management unit (20), during the session of the second network (12) for providing the network content with the first terminal (11) for acquiring the content on the network. A content management unit (30) manages the content, corresponding relation between the content on the network and the second terminal for providing it. A telephone conversation managing unit retrieves the telephone conversation corresponding to the relation of the first terminal and the second terminal, when the request from the first terminal or the second terminal to the content on the network is received during the telephone conversation, requests the retrieved result to the content, and provides it to the content management unit. The content managing unit specifies the content on the network, based on the telephone conversation corresponding relation and the content corresponding relation, and makes the first terminal acquire specified contents.
