PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing aminoallylaminobenzazole, with which a problem of waste water and a problem caused by remaining ion in a polymerized polymer are solved. SOLUTION: The method for producing aminoallylaminobenzazole represented by chemical formula 1 (X is any of NH, S and O) comprises a process for reacting a specific nitroaromatic carboxylic acid with a specific nitroaromatic amine derivative to form a specific amide compound, a process for subjecting the amide compound to ring closure by heating to form a specific nitroallylnitrobenzazole compound and a process for reducing the specific nitroallylnitrobenzazole compound.
