PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-resisting vibration-proof rubber composition in which both an excellent flame retardancy and a viblation proof property can be obtained without deteriorating original material properties of rubber. SOLUTION: This flame-resisting vibration-proof rubber composition contains the following (A) as its main component and also the following (B): (A) a diene rubber, and (B) at least one of a magnesium hydroxide of an average particle size of not more than 15μm and an aluminum hydroxide of an average particle size of not more than 15μm.
