Liquid flowing through the spray pipe (1, 2) generates a rotary or pulse force causing the pipe to rotate. The pipe rotation direction can be reversed using a switch device. A pressure generating device located inside or outside the liquid vessel to be cleaned is used to supply a liquid to one or more spray pipe.
