TURNTABLE MOTOR DRIVE CIRCUIT OF MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A turntable motor drive circuit of a microwave oven is provided to drive a turntable motor by a low voltage by transforming a commercial AC power source into any level of a low level voltage and by applying the transformed low level voltage to the turntable motor. CONSTITUTION: A turntable motor drive circuit of a microwave oven comprises a magnetron for generating a microwave during a cooking operation, a fan motor for cooling the magnetron a turntable motor for rotating a foodstuff in a cooking chamber. The fan motor(141) is driven by a commercial AC voltage(Vin) applied to an outside. A tap(146) is attached to a certain location of a stator winding wire(145) of the fan motor(141) and the commercial AC voltage is transformed into a certain level of a low level voltage by a transformer(143). The turntable motor(161) is driven by the low level voltage.
